What you need

cup cashew

cup date

tbsp cashew butter

tbsp turmeric powder

tsp cinnamon powder

fresh gingerroot

pinch salt & pepper

cup cacao nibs
Instructions
1 Add the coconut flakes and cashews to the food processor and run the machine for 2-3 minutes until the oils start to get released and you get a sticky dough 2 Add the rest of the ingredients, except for cacao nibs, and process some more until evenly combined and smooth. Throw in the cacao nibs and pulse a few more times until they’re spread out in the dough 3 Roll into 1-2” balls and garnish with extra coconut flakes or cacao nibs if desired.
