Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350 F. 2: Place tortilla in a round 9 or 10 inch pan. 3: Crack in the eggs and leave them as is or gently whisk with a fork. 4: Add toppings of choice, shredded cheese, and your preferred seasonings and place in the preheated oven. 5: Bake for about 20 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your preferred level of doneness.
