What you need

cup gluten-free flour
tbsp raw honey

tbsp vegan margarine

tsp ground cardamom

tsp lemon juice

tsp rose water

tsp salt
Instructions
0 Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until you get a fine sticky mixture. 1 Scoop a tablespoon of the dough and roll it into a ball using the palms of your hands. Repeat until all the dough is used up.
