These pistachio baklava balls are a quick, easy, and healthy take on the classic dessert that is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. Made with wholesome ingredients like pistachios, rolled oats, and raw honey, they are the perfect snack to grab on the go or enjoy with a cup of tea.
cuppistachios
- tbspraw honeyor brown rice syrup or maple syrup for vegan
tbspgrass-fed or vegan buttermelted
tspground cardamomor seeds from 2 pods, crushed
tsplemon juice
tsprose water
tspsea salt{See Notes}
cuppistachios and/or rose petals (optional)finely chopped or crushed, for coating

Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until you get a fine sticky mixture.
Scoop a tablespoon of the dough and roll it into a ball using the palms of your hands. Repeat until all the dough is used up. Coat with crushed pistachios and/or rose petals, if desired.
Enjoy and store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
