These delicious and nutritious chocolate chip golden fat balls are dairy-free, gluten-free, grain-free, Paleo, vegan and super easy to make.

Add the coconut flakes and cashews to the food processor and run the machine for 2-3 minutes until the oils start to get released and you get a sticky dough.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except for cacao nibs or chocolate chips, and process some more until evenly combined and smooth. Throw in the cacao nibs and pulse a few more times until they’re spread out in the dough.
Roll into 1-2” balls and garnish with extra coconut flakes or cacao nibs if desired. Serve right away or store in the fridge for the balls to firm up. Leftovers best stored in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
